CCEs

The Conseillers du Commerce extérieur de la France (French Foreign Trade Advisors or CCEs) voluntarily share their experience working for the development of France. They carry out concrete actions on a daily basis in partnership with public and private players who have a role in promoting and supporting the internationalisation of French companies.

Support for businesses

As true experts in international trade, the CCEs provide essential support for the development of companies abroad by monitoring their projects over the long term, providing operational advice and making contacts. They contribute to the modernization of the foreign trade support system (export financing, V.I.E, Team France Export reform, etc.).

International training for students

Through this mission, the CCEs share their professional experience with students to raise their awareness of globalization and international careers. They support the deployment of business and engineering school campuses abroad, and French high schools abroad. They organize the Grands Prix Export for students and publish the Guide des métiers de l'international.

Advising government authorities

The CCEs listen to the public authorities and provide them with insights from the field. Thanks to the various expert groups within the CCE (climate, taxation, maritime economy, trade), they carry out work and analyses on international trade or specific markets, which are then submitted to public institutions.

Promoting France

Each year, the CCE publishes the Index of Territorial Attractiveness (IAT) to objectively assess the attractiveness of France and its territories. They conduct comparative studies on certain assets of France (tourism, business tourism, trade fairs, etc.), and offer operational country testimonials on actions expected on foreign investments.
